Bone Broth

Arrowroot Powder
(or cornstarch)

Poultry Seasoning

Instructions
Pour bone broth into pot.
Measure 2 tbsp of arrowroot powder (or cornstarch) and pour into the bone broth.
Put burner on medium-heat. Keep heating until the mixture boils.
Once the mixture is boiling, whisk in poultry seasoning and salt. Keep whisking until it is thick.
Once the consistency of the gravy is thick, you have your from scratch gravy!
