Ingredients

  • 1 package Bones about 2-3
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 pinches Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 whole Onion sliced

Instructions

  • Turn oven on 425 degrees.
  • Take a large sheet pan and lay a piece of parchment paper down. Spread 1 tbsp of olive oil onto the parchment paper.
  • Place the remnants onto the pan. Sprinkle as much sea salt as you prefer on top of the meat parts.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder all over the meat part as well, more than 1 tbsp if you would like.
  • Slice 1/4 of a whole onion. Lay the onion on top of the remnants for the meat to really suck up the onion flavor.
  • Once the onion is heated, cook for about 30-35 minutes or until the meat is cooked at the temperature you prefer for beef. Well done is 145 degrees.
  • After cooked to your preference, serve the meat parts.
  • Keep the fat and beef bones for the bone broth.
